Refund policy

All items have been pre authenticated. We guarantee top quality designer goods and customer service will always be a priority. No refunds will be accepted for designer goods. This includes, but not limited to handbags, shoes, clothing, & accessories. All items guaranteed authentic or a full refund will be issued. 

A site credit Weill be issued if you change your mind about an item that has not yet shipped. Once an item has shipped, all sales are final. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have any concerns regarding your order. 


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
